30 Minute Consultation
$150.00
During this private 30-minute consultation, you’ll meet with attorney Sierra Flores to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and better understand the options and next steps that may be available to you. Payment of $150 is required at the time of booking.
If you and Flores Law & Advocacy agree to move forward and sign a written engagement agreement, the $150 consultation fee will be credited toward the legal fees for that matter.
How Legal Fees Work
Flat-Fee Services
For certain clearly defined legal matters, the firm may charge one agreed-upon fee for the services described in the engagement agreement. Before representation begins, you will receive a written explanation of what the flat fee includes. Court costs, filing fees, service fees, travel, hearings, appeals, and work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Hourly Billing & Advance Deposits
Some matters cannot be priced accurately in advance. In those cases, the firm may require an advance fee deposit and bill for work at an hourly rate. The deposit is applied as legal services are performed, and additional funds may be required if the matter continues. The written engagement agreement will explain the hourly rate, billing practices, expenses, and treatment of any unearned funds.
Every matter is different. You will receive and approve a written fee agreement before Flores Law & Advocacy, PLLC begins representing you.
