Choosing an attorney is a personal decision, and the right fit matters. At Flores Law & Advocacy, you work directly with Sierra—not through layers of staff or attorneys unfamiliar with your case. You can expect personal attention, straightforward communication, thoughtful preparation, and an advocate who takes the time to understand what matters most to you and your family.
Sierra brings experience as a former prosecutor and juvenile prosecutor, including courtroom advocacy, protective order proceedings, and work involving children, families, and vulnerable individuals. That experience allows her to approach legal problems strategically while understanding that, for her clients, these are not simply cases—they are real situations affecting their families and futures.
Flores Law & Advocacy was founded on a simple principle: clients deserve an attorney who will listen, prepare, communicate clearly, and advocate zealously when it matters.

Every legal matter is different, and the cost of representation will depend on the type and complexity of your case and the services you need. Whenever appropriate, Flores Law & Advocacy offers flat-fee arrangements, allowing you to know the cost of representation upfront rather than wondering how much each phone call or email may add to your bill.
During or following your consultation, Sierra will explain the recommended scope of representation and the associated fees. You will know what you are agreeing to pay before you hire the firm and before legal work begins.
For matters that require hourly billing or another fee arrangement, the billing structure and expectations will be clearly explained in your engagement agreement. Our goal is to make legal fees as straightforward and transparent as possible.
Have questions about fees? Feel free to contact the firm. We are happy to provide general pricing information and explain our fee structure before you schedule a consultation.
-
Flores Law & Advocacy strives to make legal fees clear and predictable. Depending on the type of matter and scope of representation, legal services may be offered for a flat fee, hourly rate, or other agreed-upon fee arrangement. Your fee structure will always be explained before you decide to retain the firm.
Payment plans may be available for certain matters. Availability and terms will depend on the type of case, the services required, and the circumstances of the representation. Any payment arrangement will be discussed and agreed upon before legal work begins.
Payments can be made securely through LawPay, which accepts major credit and debit cards and other available electronic payment methods.
If you have questions about fees or payment options, please feel free to contact the firm. We are happy to explain the available options before you make a decision.
-
No. Contacting Flores Law & Advocacy, submitting a contact form, or scheduling or attending a consultation does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship begins only after Flores Law & Advocacy has agreed to represent you and you have completed the required engagement agreement and payment arrangements.
Until an attorney-client relationship has been established, please do not send confidential or highly sensitive information through the website contact form. If your matter involves an upcoming court date, hearing, deadline, or other time-sensitive issue, please let us know when you contact the firm.
-
That’s okay. You do not need to know exactly what type of legal help you need before reaching out. If you are unsure whether your situation falls within one of our practice areas, contact Flores Law & Advocacy and tell us a little about what is going on.
We will let you know whether your matter is something the firm may be able to assist with. If it is not within our practice areas, we will encourage you to seek an attorney who handles that type of matter.
When in doubt, reach out. We are happy to help you determine the next step.

Yes. Flores Law & Advocacy is a primarily virtual law firm, allowing us to serve clients throughout Texas with greater flexibility and convenience. Consultations and many legal services can be handled by video conference, phone, email, and other secure electronic methods.
Since Covid, virtual proceedings have become increasingly common throughout the legal and educational systems. Many court hearings, school meetings, ARD/IEP meetings, mediations, and other legal matters may be conducted remotely when permitted, making quality legal representation less dependent on a traditional office setting.
When a matter requires an in-person court appearance, hearing, meeting, or other proceeding, Sierra will appear in person when necessary and appropriate. Our virtual model allows us to provide personalized representation while reducing unnecessary travel and making it easier for clients to communicate with their attorney.

Limited after-hours consultations are available for clients who cannot meet during regular consultation times. These 30-minute evening appointments are offered on select days for $175 and must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Available times can be viewed on our online booking page.
